Since 1990, Laura has been involved in the fitness industry with responsibilities ranging from group exercise class development to personal training. With a master's degree in a health-related field, Laura specializes in sport-specific training and works with clients of all ages developing training programs.
Exercise Philosophy
Laura encourages an ongoing dialog with her clients."I am all for creativity and diversity in exercise selection, but I have an understanding of appropriate progression and will never sacrifice safety or form for the latest fad. I believe in mastering the basics and have a good eye for proper form and technique so I can quickly get my clients to train appropriately and efficiently, allowing them to achieve the goals we set."

Nancy has been developing personal training programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels since 1998. Nancy was instrumental in creating Prairie Stone™ Sports & Wellness Center's walking club, and has delivered specialized lectures in motivation.

Nancy believes everyone has the potential to be physically fit. "You don't have to be a fanatic. You just have to be consistent and stay motivated. As a personal trainer, I work to keep clients motivated to help them reach their goals."

A fitness industry employee since 1995, Kathy Gabrys became a certified group exercise instructor in 1996 and a certified personal trainer in 1997. Gabrys has experience with a variety of populations, from teens to seniors, and enjoys working with clients of all fitness levels.
Exercise Philosophy
Kathy believes in keeping an exercise program fun and challenging, as well as safe and effective. "If your exercise program isn’t something you look forward to everyday, you may not stick with it for long. Maintaining a regular exercise program must be a lifestyle, not just a phase we go through."
